ACT WorkKeys Service Center
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) is the only ACT WorkKeys Service Center in Arkansas that provides job profiling, assessments, and consulting services to assist employers and individuals with identifying essential skills for the work environment.
UALR Community Workforce Analysis and Assistance has conducted over 145 profiles and over 5000 assessments across the state.

Arkansas Career Readiness Certificate (CRC)
The Arkansas Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is a portable skill credential that recognizes individuals as having necessary workplace skills. The Career Readiness Certificate addresses skills in Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics, and Locating Information.
Community Workforce Analysis and Assistance works closely with the CRC Steering Committee to offer ACT WorkKeys job profiling support to businesses across the state of Arkansas.
